I can't believe it is that time of year again! I'm gearing up to head out on the road searching for the next amazing group of ladies that will grace the runway at the 2016 Little Black Dress Fashion Show & Boutique in Merrillville, IN!

I know many of you have been anxious to know when the open calls will be held, so without further adieu - here is the info!

Little Black Dress Fashion Show & Boutique Warsaw...behind the scenes

Hi Everyone!

Maxin and I have been busy pulling outfits and styling looks for the 20 models you'll see on the runway at the Little Black Dress Fashion Show & Boutique in Warsaw on Thursday, September 22.

We thought we'd give you a sneak peek into the behind the scenes of the show. We like to call this our 'managed chaos'! We've pulled together 60 looks for this year's event. On the runway, be sure to look for that 70's-80's influence in the trends. Also take note of the "pumpkin spice" and "bodacious" colors in the outfits.

This is going to be an amazing event that not only supports Goodwill Industries of Michiana, but also the arts through Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts. Can't wait to see YOU at the show, and show you how all this chaos becomes an amazingly styled event!

Ambush Style Makeover - Sally

There seems to be a lot of buzz these days about this thing called a 'Capsule Wardrobe'. Apparently it is supposed to make your life infinitely easier. For those of you who have tried to implement this tactic into your wardrobe, you'll agree it can cause more stress than ease!

What is a Capsule Wardrobe? This is simply a method of building a wardrobe. Using the right color palate (where everything goes together), a specific number of pieces are added to create limitless looks. Ideally, a 'Capsule Wardrobe" will have fewer number of clothes, with great number of outfits.

When our fashion team met Sally, this was her dilemma. She wondered how to create a Capsule Wardrobe and never again worry about what to wear. Check out this month's winner of the Goodwill Ambush Style Makeover!

known Wardrobe Stylist and Image Consultant and the President of the Style & Image Institute. She has styled looks for celebrities in Hollywood for Warner Brothers, amazing looks for red carpet events, for political campaigns, and most importantly...she has
upped the style-factor for moms, business owners and entrepreneurs.

She writes for several magazines and has appeared on numerous radio and television programs as a Fashion Expert. Through the Style & Image Institute, she trains and certifies others who want to be a personal stylist, wardrobe stylist, personal shopper and image consultant.

Debie Coble

Debie Coble is the President & CEO for Goodwill Industries of Michiana, Inc. She started with the organization in 1990 as a store manager. Later that year she started serving in the department that executes the mission of Goodwill.

In 1996 she became the Vice President of Workforce Development Services, and in November of 2013, she began serving as the President & CEO.

Debie has an undergraduate degree in business management from Anderson University and a Masters in Public and Environmental Affairs from Indiana University. She completed Goodwill Industries International’s Executive Training Program in 2007. She serves on the board of the Association for Fundraising Professionals, the St. Joseph County Re-Entry Task Force and the South Bend Violence Reduction Taskforce.
